Return & Refund Policy for Utility Products
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for utility products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products showing signs of use, wear and tear, or missing components will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
- Products without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or invoice
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If the product is received damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear images or videos of the issue may be required for verification.
- After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Return Process

- Provide order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply instead.
